Team barrett respond to Team Fury

Coleman 'THE IRISH STALLION' Barrett, the real Heavyweight sensation.[/b]

May we take this opportunity to thank Team Fury for adding Coleman Barrett to the list of fighters that Fury apparantly beat? We were starting to feel a little left out.

Coleman Barrett will fight Tyson Fury today and every other day. We don't perceive Tyson Fury has any threat whatsover.

Team Fury however may have other ideas. They believe Tyson Fury is one of the best prospects in World boxing for many years. We can only commend Tyson Fury on the fact he is a very exciting fighter and has created interest in the heavyweight division, where even the none boxing fans are aware of him.

The fight between Fury and Barrett will be massive, when the timing is right for both fighters.

Hughie Fury can talk the talk, however eventually he will have to make the decision to either pull his nephew out, or take the fight in the knowledge that this fight between Barrett and Fury could be the one that ends Fury's reign. We are confident that Fury wil be KO'd between rounds 5 and 7 by Barrett.

Team Barrett wish Tyson Fury all the very best, keep up the good work and please do not get knocked out as we would like to have that opportunity.

Good Luck in your forth coming contest.

God Bless

Keith Walker

Trainer/Manager

TEAM BARRETT.

This fella was on the boxing thread on boards.ie before their Galway show. It was hilarious actually.

Keith,

After looking at Coleman Barrett's record - could you please tell me which fight or fights persuades you to call him "The Real Heavyweight Sensation"?

It would be good if you could take the time to answer the question.

Keith Walker - would that be the same Keith Walker that made an idiot of himself on boards.ie over the whole Coleman Barrett promotion in Galway or is it another, of the same name, involved with the same fighter and also based in Yorkshire!?

I think "most" of his identies were banned off the Boxing and the MMA forum on boards.ie. He was funny even though he didnt mean to be. Definately worth a read!

We would like to thank Hennessy sports once again for the opportunity to fight on the 18th July.

When the timing is right for both fighters we will accept the contest.

We have spoken to the matchmaker for Tyson Fury and he is aware of our situation.

the above links suggest otherwise! You made a right tit of yourself over there in the build up to the Galway bill and as a result destroyed an credibility you may have been given and also tarnished Francie Barrett credibility. I've posted the links - I will let others read them and make their own minds up.

Now - back to the issue at hand. Will you allow your man to fight Fury on the 18th - yes or no!!!

12:38am - "Coleman Barrett will fight Tyson Fury today and every other day. We don't perceive Tyson Fury has any threat whatsover."

11:52am - "When the timing is right for both fighters we will accept the contest."

Tyson Fury's last two opponents had a combined record of 30-7-1. Coleman Barrett's last two opponents went 8-59-1.

It's very easy to see here who's grooming who. Let Coleman fight a decent fighter, and until then - don't try insult the intelligence of the boxing world, or post as multiple identities on boards.ie in an attempt to pretend that there is an interest for this guy. By all accounts, that event in Galway was a sham.

  This is some of the most pathetic negotiations I've ever seen. Team Fury says this... Team Barrett reponds with this... Team Fury reckons this... Team Barrett states this...

Are these real people or what? Pick up a fooking phone and make the fight happen. Stop trying to claim brownie points on a bloomin' boxing forum. We don't care. Neither guy will ever win a British title, so just log off, cut your losses and make the fight happen for July.

I reckon Barrett might need more time to prepare- which isn't unreasonable.

It would be perfectly reasonable. However, why not just say that then? Just say we need 6 weeks and we can fight for the Irish title in August!

This Keith Walker is moron - he thinks he can treat intelligent boxing fans like morons - talk about ruining the goodwill of the very people you are trying to sell your product to!
