It is good to see that Kevin Mitchell has finally been given a mandatory challenger.

I am also glad that the board decided to allow Murray to fight for the vacant title against Thaxton.

Well if's that true than Hennessy fuked up bigtime

This should have been the Fight that launches Fury into the Bigtime.

Why the Fuk isn't this Fight in Fury's hometown of MANCHESTER? I'll tell you now, Fury could easily pick up alot of the Hatton Fans and obviously alot of casual fans too, people want to support him in Manchester and he'd get 5,000 easy for this Fight.

STUPID, STUPID, STUPID!

the big surprise on there is that hennessy didn't win the fury-mcdermott purse bids, given that he's bigged up him to f*** thus far I'd have that he'd have pulled out all the stops to win the bids on his first title fight.

I would be happy to see that scenario play out. I would like to see Cook vs Burns for the vacant title if Mitchell vacates, although Burns vs Foster would be good as well. I hope Cook wouldn't be too proud to fight for domestic titles again.

I didn't like to see the BBBofC demean itself by not giving Mitchell a Mandatory challenger for over a year, at least that mess is now sorted out.

Leforge,
Is the figure quoted on the purse bid from Hatton accurate ?
Just trying to get my head around what Mick offered to secure the fight.
Six figures is going some.

the key there, 26, might be that he used the phrase 'according to buncey....'
