Tyson to possibly fight in December! What the fcuk is going on?

I hope Mike stays retired because he just does not have the hunger or desire to train to the level required to sustain a comeback, let alone make it successful!

yeh would be sad if true ,his last few fights he had a good 2-3 rnds 2 get his guy out of there and then his head went down if he couldnt.,never forget the sorry sight when he sat slumped on canvis against the ropes against kevin mcbride asking the ref 2 help him up

heard the comback storys before though so hopfully its a lot of shit!

I hope its not true, people talk about Holyfield - but Tyson's speech has changed significantly since his pomp. He reminds me of Ali in 1976/1977/1978 the way he talks, very quiet and husky.

Mmmmmm most of me wants Tyson to stay retired.....i mean away from the terrible personal loss, professionally he's probably had his biggest year since he first became Heavyweight champion in 1986, with a Critally acclaimed Documentary 'Tyson' being released thats already gaining Oscar talk, a Cameo in a $200+ million dollar Box Office smash 'The Hangover' and being the Major Selling point in Fight Night Round 4.

Having said that there is a part of me that wants him to come back and repeat his glory days or at least do a George Foreman.

Just looking at Youtube which is a pretty good indicator for someones appeal, he is easily the NUMBER 1 Most Popular Sportsman in the World, his Legend has grown to EPIC Proportions.

Any comeback would be MASSIVE...Even if he fought a few Z grade TOMATO CANS which i hope would be the case as even that would be more exciting than seeing Wlad making another boring World title defence.

As for his Speech, it was different in 2007/2008, seemed a bit slurred but this was due to him being Heavily Medicated on Downers.

His Speech seems to be Fine again in 2009 since he's come off them, if a little bit huskier but maybe thats his age.

He sounds so much huskier cos he enjoys a smoke!!

I was his biggest fan as a child and I just prey he stays retierd!! The man is a legend and has nothing left to prove..

Would love that but it isnt happening, his body is just garbage now, he has no hunger not even in the ring. If he came back now he'd lose to Audley. Holyfield would quite easily knock him out 2

I think it has just been mis-reported and instead of fighting Nenad Stankovic in Belgrade in December its only to have him ringside as a guest.
