Kevin Mitchell's opponent

by whicker
Kevin is fighting Rudy Encarnacion, from Spain Via the DR.
He has lost 9 out of his last 11, although in at title* level.
* Belgian title, WBC Mediterranian title.
Presumably just intended as a bit of a warm-up/comeback fight for Mitchell.
He should get through this very easily, then be looking to defend his British titles soon.

Its just beneath the WBC icelandic title in terms of credability.

Yes but her title is under threat after her mandatory contender was announced as Dot Cotton.

British opponents seem out of favour, for some reason.
Maybe its just how the record looks- this guy (I think) has won more than he has lost, and has challenged for "titles".
Sounds better than a typical British journeyman's record.

Anyone know how much an international opponent would get paid for a fight like this?
What would a Brit ask for?

Im dissapointed in that I thought they would at least give him a half decent fighter who will give him a little bit of a test but no they stick him in with a human punch bag POINTLESS

Kerry Katona failed to make weight for her Heavyweight belt so she has been stripped!

I demand to know from Horse why Kerry does not feature in his rankings.

Such is boxing. He will be on first, I think, fighting in front of a nearly-empty arena.

I doubt Mitchell will be on first, what makes you think that?
