I understand that you have SEVEN players on 70K a week with THREE years left on each of their contracts. More than 70 fecking million quid outstanding on a handful of presumably shit players (definitely in the case of Damian Duff) - and that's just scratching the surface. And the club was so arrogant/foolish that the standard clauses that players had to feck off/take a huge pay cut in the event of relegation weren't included in the contracts either.

Bring back Freddie Shepherd! (who called you all thick for spending £40 on shirts which cost 50p to make; called all Geordie women dogs...and the fans still never got rid of him).

You're right, Kev. The little bastard has been moaning for two years. He can be very good when he's in the mood but he just produced less and less for us.

I think Gareth looks very good in a suit and it always very intense in interview.

Helps escape the fact he loses a lot of football matches.

But then he does rely on a lot of youngster and considering he marked strikers for 15 years in the top level of the game, he's fkking useless as buying them.

Maccarone was OK. Didn't really get a long enough run in the side and at least got us a couple of key goals which took us to the UEFA Cup final. Used to work his bollocks off too.

Alves is the single main reason we got relegated. £12 million and he only got a handful of goals. If he'd have even got ten league goals we'd have probably stayed up. Missed about 20 one on ones. Then the cheeky wanker goes and turns up two days late for pre-season training because he was having difficulty getting a flight back. From Holland.
