So Khan now holds a world title, the biggest fight for him on these shores would be Ricky Hatton.
What are the chances of that one happening?
Would Warren work with Hatton again, there split was very spiteful, but money talks.
Hatton is also coming off a bad loss, he may look at Khan and think he's not much of a puncher, so the chances of losing are less.

As for Witter, he needs to win the world title first. He takes on Devon Alexander next. I think it depends on how Witter wins, if he gets the title and looks good in doing so , then he may get a chance against Khan.

I think if Hatton has anything left at all he'll make short work of Khan.

Don't think he will ever fight witter but will fight hatton who to me looks shot now.

A Hatton-Khan fight would be like watching McGuigan-McDonnell or Honeyghan-Dodson all over again.

he should fight witter in a unification fight if witter wins alexander the the winner copuld fight hatton think witter would beat both hatton and khan

What is that really based on though? The fact he got knocked out by the best fighter alive? Khan is not 1/1,000,000 the fighter Pacquiao is.

I would prefer to see Khan fight Bradley or Maidana than Hatton or Witter he beats both of the last 2 imo

Really cant see Khan fighting either of them. Hatton should retire, not get humiliated at the hands of Khan. Hatton draining himself down to 140 again would I think be fatal and result in another loss. Witter wouldnt be considered by Khan anymore than he was by Hatton. The big all British matchup just isnt going to happen IMO.

hatton is the meal ticket and let's just see if there greedy enough to want some of it.

On what basis is Hatton "finished"? He would have always got done by that version of Pacman. Wasn't he looking "his best ever" two fights ago?

I was very impressed with Witter against Vivian Harris, it was the first time i'd seen him really fired up and he did the bizz with power and speed.

His footwork and switch-hitting was on the money that night and if he can produce that form against Khan it would be curtains.

Ofcourse Khan-Hatton will happen, too much money for both for it not to happen. And ofcourse Witter-Khan won't happen, not much money and too much risk for too little reward. Hatton isnt shot and had 1 of his better performances against Malignaggi, Pacquaio would always have KO'd him, its not as if weakened punch resistance will be a factor against Khans lesser shots anyway. However Khan may well have too much speed, range, jab and movement for Hatton, plus Hattons defense is worse than Kotelniks and Khan will land flusher. Khan's defense will have to be at its best but Hatton was never a massive puncher himself if we're honest

i honestly dont think ricky has got another 12 week training camp in him.he looks like he just wants to retire and i think it would be down to those around him if he does decide to continue,a lot of peoples futures are tied up in ricky

i like amir khan, think hes a great boxer with lots of positives, but for me he isnt a worthy world champ, he wouldnt last 2 rounds with the likes of jjm, babybull, or timithy bradley, he wont end up fighting his mandatory marco maidana, the ricky hatton fight will be a risk, ricky was beaten by the two best fighters on the planet, he still has it.

I look at ricky recently and I see a more fat than ever guy who looks flushed red in the face, he doesn't look healthy at all, just lilke a slob from Tameside who drinks loads of beer and eats curries every day. I think his body has had enough of the yo-yoing and can't do it anymore, punch resistance has gone and I see someone as speedy as Khan as just running rings round him and eventually TKO-ing him in middle rounds if it gets that far. Hatton is shot.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Khan Hatton next, but I think its a high risk fight for Khan. It looks like Hatton is done now and I'm not sure he can make 140 healthily anymore, but even a shot Hatton on the slide has enough to put Khan away. Hatton is not worth the risk for Khan in my opinion, unless is purley for the payday. Witter might be a worthwhile fight, especially if he beats Alexander and reclaims the WBC belt.

Hatton isn't shot, he got blown away by a man regarded by many as one of the best on the planet - if not the best. Khan doesn't possess the power to trouble Hatton, he could win on points though if he sticks to boxing at range and not letting Hatton pressure him but I believe a motivated Ricky Hatton would be too much for Khan at this stage, he's much more relentless than Kotelnik and wouldn't give Khan half as much time.

If a Hatton v Khan fight came off then great and kudos to Khan for it(especially if he manages to win) and it would be a massive event for British boxing(though the security at the arena would have a busy night controlling the idiots who follow the two around) but I don't think it will take place, Hatton and Warrens ego's would get in the way of negotiations.

As for a fight with Witter? Well, Junior needs to get past Devon Alexander first who for some reason I just see as a banana skin for him.

I dont think Hatton is shot, but he has got rather too many miles on the clock to be the fighter he was. His lifestyle is ruining his health and I dont believe he can get down to 140 again and look and feel good enough to take on the top fighters. The likes of Carl Froch who is never more than half a stone above his fighting weight are far better disciplined than Hatton is. OK Hatton does take everything more seriously when he is in training for a fight but in between his indulgencies take over, which is no good at Hattons level if you want to stay on top. I know he was only beaten by 2 ring legends and full credit to him for that but killing himself to make 140 just to go out on a win that he may not get, doesnt make sense. He already has more than enough money so why risk his health further. Apart from money the man has other talents and a great personality so I think he should stay in the business but stay out of the ring. I also think he should use the gym to keep fit because he obviously has a problem with weight gain. I dont want to see him fight again.

I didnt want to see Khan fight Barrera and I wont want to see Khan fight Hatton. I like Barrera and dont like to see legends get their legacy tainted. All I can say is now that Khan has his world title its about time he started fighting the best the division has to offer. He's a world champion now and the fans deserve to see him fight the best. Just glad it wasnt the WBO he won. We all know about the opposition sports network WBO holders fight. And as for witter, Khan has'nt fought anyone as akward as Witter is. Witter throws punches from all directions. I think Khan will struggle against Witter.

Even if Witter was to win, I still dont think he would get a fight with Khan. I agree Witter is on the slide, he couldnt get the fights when he needed them, was too inactive, and now its too late. I think he will lose against Alexander and retire. Sad really Witter could be very exciting at times, and totally negative on other occasions which lost him popularity.
