Has anyone ever been at a live boxing match where commentary was done live, over the PA system. I know mixed martial arts sometimes do that.

I think its a bad idea, though, as commentator comments could potentially affect referees and judges.

That said, on saturday during the first fight (Mitchell) I could actually hear the commentator talking at first, because it was so quiet- I could just hear his voice from my seat!

ive not heard it over the PA but I have been able to hear Jim Watt and co. commentating, I always wonder what affect that has on the fighters themselves, they must be able to hear it too....
