warren's current share in the heavyweights

Which British and Irish heavyweights does allegedly currently have a stake in, either promotional or managerial. And does anybody know why he passed up on Tyson Fury, as I remember a piece Fury had in the manchester evening news trumpeting his proffessional arrival as pro on the Khan Prescott undercard, which obviously didn't happen.
Also does anybody have any predictions as to whom Warren may sign in the heavyweight division.
