I naturally thanked him, but couldn't resist saying it appears he's by far more interested in his record than that of combatants. Surely as ref he could provide more details.
To which he replied; " You are right, I'm only interested in MY record. I'm not a BoxRec correspondent. It's your job, so get the weights, scheduled distance, scores etc yourself"

Similar situation occurred when I requested info from New Zealand Boxing Council.
I emailed Ivan Zonich, who said bossman Francisco Martinez had it and will get it as soon as Martinez returns from a junket.
4 weeks later, after a few reminders, he sends me the officials & nothing else
