Dmitry salita is "gunning for amir kahn" go to skysports.com/boxing. He is kahn's mandatory challenger and has an impressive record to date..he is a good prospect..he has no good names on his record but is tipped to be a world champion by some..from what i have seen on salita he looks quite impressive..he has trained with freddie roach in the past and freddie will knw him inside out..so that will work in amir's advantage..kahn doesn't have to fight salita next he could wait 9 months to fill out his mandatory obligations..who do you guys think will win? and how?

Dmitriy Salita has looked awful when I've seen him. He has looked like a journeyman. I think it will be a really easy fight for Khan. I'm very surprised you're impressed with Salita, gemmell.

he looks like kotelnik but with more powerhe is a good fighter

yes i am going on what i have heard i have never seen a full fight only clips of him on youtube..freddie roach seems to rate him

Saw him on the Calzaghe v Jones undercard. He looked average and didn't seem to carry much of a dig. Easy fight for Khan based on this, but maybe I caught him on an off night......

Probably true havent seen a lot of him but Khan should win

a credible title defence rather than an incredible title defence

for many fights khan + title will be attraction, not the opponent. this fight looks unavoidable - it eventually would have to happen - given saliyta holds a high rating in the WBA

this sums up the WBA he the no 1 contender but he was not involved in the interim title!!

i was thinking about that. he is mandatory but two other guys fight for the "interim title"! you could accept it if the #1 rank fought a #2 or #3 to gain the "interim" but what is the point of having a no 1 ranked mandatory????
