B.Leonard vs R.Duran the 2 best LW ever very intresting fight would be intresting to see it

Jack Johnson v. Jim Jeffries, March 28, 1905, with Eddie Graney as referee. I've always believed that Jeff would have defeated Johnson if they had fought in Jeff's prime. I'd like to know if I was right.

A few Runner's up that came to mind:
Jack Johnson v. Sam Langford - anytime after 1910.
Benny Leonard v. Mickey Walker for Walker's welterweight title. August or September, 1924 (a fight that was scheduled to happen but didn't due to a broken hand suffered by Leonard.)
Joe Louis v. Jimmy Bivins - the Japanese don't invade Pearl Harbor and Louis defends against Bivins in 1945 in the midst of Bivins win streak.
Sam Langford v. Stanley Ketchel - Walter Dipley misses and Ketchel defends the middleweight title against Langford in early 1911.
Tommy Ryan v. Joe Walcott - Ryan crosses the color line and defends his welterweight title against the dangerous Barbados Demon in 1897.
SSR v. Charley Burley - the up-and-coming Robinson fights Charley Burley in 1945 (catchweights).

But for the winds of fate, each of these fights could have happened.

Frazier-Marciano, prime for prime.

Foreman-Liston, but, boy, literally hundreds of bouts spring to mind. This should be turned into a, "One Dreamfight Per Division" idea.

Hard decision to make. I'll break it up into a few categories [weight classes/catchweight]:

Heavyweight:

Jack Dempsey vs Joe louis

Rocky Marciano vs Muhammad Ali

Cruiserweight:

Evander Holyfield vs David Haye

Light Heavyweight:

i like raylawpc's fights because they could have all actually happened. in a fantasy matchup, i would pick roy jones vs ray robinson at 160 just to shut everyone up. or i might want to see a sam langford vs charley burley fight at 160 for the "greatest fighter never to win a title" title.
