My dislike of that yellow tramp Sexton will have officially grown into fully blown hatred if what Rogie is saying here is true.
Was anyone at this?

I am looking forward to this one even more after seeing that. Rogan looks like he means business.

People seem to have forgotten about the pasting Sexton was dishing out to Rogan, I have a sneaky feeling he might do it again but quicker this time.

Well, Rogan seems much more aggressive now...
That said, it looks like Sexton might just "have his number" here.

I can now officially, not wait for this fight.
Its a while since I've seen a heavyweight properly agitated, not faux table pushing But genuinely, sincerely FEKKING ANGRY.

Shaping up nicely!
Sexton does seem to a tool, but it seems he has got to Rogan a bit here. Losing your rag like that usually means one of two things.
Look forward to it.

What Roggie says is spot on.
I hope he does crush Sexton.

the number being 999. If he did what Rogie is suggesting then that will seriously backfire on him.
But i will reserve judgement on that one until i know more.

Rogan looses it for real here hey. The nice guy, which he has been. Seems to have had a nerve tapped.
I still think this is shit for Sexton to be having the rematch in Belfast again after the last fight and after how the Belfast fans we actually spitting on him and throwing things at him pre-fight. I was there, it was an awful sight and insult to any Boxer coming to take on a champ at home.
I can't understand the part near the end when Rogan says to Sexton 'using 2 communities against eachother' ??? LOL explain?
Anyway I can't wait for this rematch, Sexton will out box him again and Rogan better clear some of that anger haze, or it will be more of a boxing lesson then last time.
Fact; Sexton out boxed him. Fact; Sexton went to Belfast home of the champ and stopped him while ahead on points anyway. Fact; Rogan didn't finsih Sexton for what ever reason. Fact; Rogan did not out box Sexton. Anything else is could have beens or possibilities. Get over it.
If you actually listen to what Sexton is saying in the presser, hes using facts and actual previous outcomes in his words and Rogan is just spitting angry threats and alligations. Yes sexton got rocked and would have lost the 8th round if it had gone to the end. But Sexton was ahead and Martain was all but done with his eye and all.
Lets get it on. I'm starting a poll for this, so check it out too.

WTF did Sexton do to make Rogan lose it like that because whatever it was I couldn't see it.

I can't wait for this one ! The first fight was so great and has left a few questions that still need answering.
The heavyweight devision is crying out for fights like this. Fair play to both guys.
Judging by the press conference they're both well up for it. Great post Sligobhoy67 !

I was at the odyssey for the last one and it was packed out with a great atmosphere.
Will be a crackin rematch, I see Rogan coming out to smash Sexton right from the start.

Bad blood there, not a mere publicity stunt.
Is the fight 8th October or earlier?

It seems as though this is the issue:
Then Rogan, normally so laid back, turned and faced Sexton and fumed: “You attacked the people of Belfast. It's cheap talking about people, saying the way they treated you and the reception you received. I've watched the DVD and I didn't see anything. I'm going to silence you for that.”

I agree with this. Sexton proved himself the better but less fit boxer last time. I'd think Sexton can more easily improve his fitness than Rogan can improve his skills from the last fight. I haven't listened to the video but if Rogan is losing his rag and fights even more messily then usual that plays right into Sexton's hands. I reckon he should look to drop some weight so he can stay mobile and out of trouble but there's no evidence he's trying that looking at him.
You can't count out a ragin' though Rogan which makes this an exciting heavyweight fight to look forward to.
Excuse me while i sit and comtemplate the 2nd half of that last sentence for a moment...

From my understanding Sexton was actively seeking support from the loyalist community, therefore attempting to pit two communities against each other, now for me the boys lucky he only got spat on, this is a boxing match and politics should be left out especially considering Sexton has no idea of the gravity of the situation in Belfast. I had no respect for Sexton after his antics in the ring that night and now this news has come out i am disgusted with him. He really should think before engaging his pea for a brain and trying to insight Hatred in a place that's has suffered for long enough!
Rogan knew nothing of this before the first fight and it's only after the fact that this has come out, No wonder Rogie's so pissed off, What on earth is Sexton thinking, He's made a huge mistake here and i just hope he's man enough to apologize when Rogan sparks him in the rematch. And onto the rematch itself, for anyone under the illusion that Sexton will win more easily this time just remember that Rogan came out timidly in the first fight using feint's, Head movement and trying to box Sexton who is obviously a more skilled boxer than Rogie, He wont make the same mistake again this time it's WAR!!!!!

so is it traditional for foreign boxers to get more than just spat on on their way to the ring in belfast?
if i ever meet Sexton i will be sure to point out how lucky he was. I haven't been that lucky since I went into the wrong pub in Newcastle before a Newcastle-Wolves game, aged 16. i was lucky to walk out of that pub alive, I guess. is that what you're saying? he's lucky that instead of getting spat on on the way to the ring, he wasn't lynched by an angry sectarian mob? lucky man. they sure do have friendly welcoming atittudes in Belfast eh?

No it's not traditional, have you read my post at all!, I have always found the people of Belfast to be very welcoming, Of course when i go there i have the sense to stay out of their business and not stir up trouble unlike Sam Sexton.
