4 Marcos Rene Maidana
5 Devon Alexander
6 Kendall Holt
7 Nate Campbell

Would khan beat any of the opponents above ?

I'd liek to see him fight Maidana :o

I know it could all go horribly wrong, but it'd silence a lot of critics if he beat him.

In a perfect world, Salita, Maidana and then Bradley, if he's not been beat. Salita being his gimme.

I would like to see how he deals with Maidana as well a respected name in the US if he could beat him it would well and truly put his name out there but it is one hell of a tough fight Maidana is tough and can bang he would take Khan into unknown terrotory but I think Khan could pull through and win on points :box:

He'd be a slight favorite to beat all of them except #1 & 2, though Hatton's about 50/50 maybe. All very dangerous fights for the fragile Khan though, Alexander would be a tricky one, and Holt has a piledriving punch on him. Malignaggi would be the easiest, along with the Jewish kid.

I'd like to see him take on Maidana too, very dangerous fight but winnable, and it'd clear up the some of the usual interim multi title crap.

Steer clear of Morales though, that's a no win fight and he'll get A LOT of flack for it, win or lose.

Agree with that a fight with Morales is pointless and how does Morales even deserve a title shot?

Doesn't Morales weigh about 220lbs now?

:D

i think most likely are, in order:

Salita
Alexander (seems to me like he hasn't got enough of anything to really scare Khan)
Malignaggi if he wins his next one would be a classic W.arren matchup

after that, though, i think Bradley, Holt, Maidana, are much much less likely

with Hatton being the wildcard, so to speak.

I give Malignaggi about 1% to beat Diaz, mate.

People are mentioning Malignaggi how about Juan Diaz a come forward fighter who doesnt have 1 punch KO power and is a well respected name in boxing that would be a good fight for Khan imo

Diaz was about level with Marquez when he got took out. I think he beats Khan in eight rounds.

Didn't he land a peach on Marquez in round 2 as well, that would've kncoked out 90% of lightweights?

i'd be satisfied with one of the mandatories.

either maidana or salita would do.

if khan wants to fight in america next then why not maidana.

who beat ortiz on HBO.

got a feeling it'll be an at home fight against salita.

Agree HH, but I think it will be in New York. Khan's said he wants to fight in the US and apparently Salita has a bit of a following over there. It would suit Madison Square Garden perfectly, with the right card. And Judah on the bill.

Bar number 1, i'd give him a good chance against any of them (providing he doesn't get tagged). I'd like to see him rematch Prescott, i allways admired Lewis for going right back in there with the guys who beat him.

personally i think they should go down the ricky hatton route if possible because it would generate such huge domestic interest and khan would def be fast enough to tap-and-run his way through. the victory would then exponentially raise his cred with the casual fan who may not realise just how shot ricky hatton is ...

in terms of pacman and maidana, though, these fights will not happen because i'd be very suprised if frank ever matched him with a true banger again. you just don't take the risk when your marquee fighter has a suspect chin.

diaz, on that basis, is a fantastic fight in 12mths time when amir has come on that bit more ....

1 Manny Pacquiao
2 Timothy Bradley
3 Ricky Hatton
4 Marcos Rene Maidana
5 Devon Alexander
6 Kendall Holt
7 Nate Campbell
8 Paul Malignaggi

Out of those 8 I can see Khan beating Nate Campbell, Pauli Mallignaggi, Maidana and Holt. I think it would be close against Hatton but I don't want to see that fight because Hatton's had his best years and if Khan was to beat him people wouldn't stop slagging the hitman off and forgetting how much he's done for British boxing.

I think if you take Pacquiao out of the list Khan could beat all of these at one point or another although at the moment I think Bradley is the best at his weight and Khan would lose if they were to fight next.

I can't see Pac man fighting Khan unless either of them fall out with Freddie Roach and Pac man is just mainly looking for super fights now.
