I think it's down to the promoter who these prospects fight and what titles they fight for.
Farnell would be advising them badly if he told them to turn down good paydays

FW's employee Boxingchat has recently come on here and dismissed the bogus titles. Doubt you have anything to worry about. Don't think TV or fans would put up with this kind of thing anymore. The titles worked well for Colin Dunne, Shea Neary, Wayne Rigby, who had great fights for apparently more money. But I think promoters and fighters abused this a bit, too many fringe fights. The glorified domestic fights were great, but the fringe world title mismatches were too much.

Arnie should go to specsavers and get some decent bins, those black things are horrendous

nothing wrong with wbu titles you prik,hatton,colin dunne,mickey ward,corrie sanders,it was a decent organization,when good money is put up good fights attracted,& good international fights as these guiys are paid to perform & win as they have clauses.its a good way of getting recognition & earning money before getting a shot & getting better offers

a better question would be to ask arnie, that, despite himself earning a decent living fighting for WBU titles etc, would he now, with retrospect, rather have gone down the british/commonwealth/european route?

and..how will he advise his fighters....will he try and persuade them that traditional is best?

this is where mick hennessy shines, his fighters go the traditional route.
