There was a Michael Hall boxing out of the Larches & Savick club in Preston. As of March 2008 he'd won 17 of 29 bouts. He boxed Karl Kirkham in the 2008 East Lancs Finals at middleweight. Kirkham went on to reach the ABA final, losing 13-10 to George Groves.
I assume this is the Michael Hall in question ?

I'm sure he won a schoolboy title as well

Edit: A Michael Hall from Darlington won a Junior European u/19 silver medal at lightweight in 1992, I think that is the fella I was thinking of

The Darlington version went on to box pro as Oscar Hall. Good little boxer.

Alrite buddy my cousin's name is Ashley - indian guy about 5ft 10 - he just started training in boxing - got a martial arts background. Hopefully will be there for your debut and would be cool to pop in for a training session or two if I can manage to get enough days of work and stay up north for a bit.

ahh right man... i dont take advantage of nebody thats a novice in sparring.. jus wanna get that point across!! yeh cool well il be having my first pro fight end of october.. im with oliver harrisson.. n looking forward to the pros coz fink it will suit me more than the amateurs!
