what do you guys think of the way Nice Warren is handling him ?

I think Warren is handling him well the Crolla fight was a risk putting him in with another relative novice with a bright future he's not ready for a British yet but an English title would be good for him I really rate him and think he can go all the way. Bit of a question mark over the staminia looked spent after the 10 rounds with Crolla but I think he'll overcome that

An English title fight is 10 rounds.

His fight with Crolla was top quality, could have gone either way, but other than that (except perhaps Harry Ramogoadi) he has fought the typical "journeyman" opponents - A typical allegedly route.

So yeah, this English title fight will tell us a lot more, should be a good one to watch. Barrett is more experienced, and will push him, I'm sure. Barrett appears to be around English/WBU world level, so yeah, a well made match.

i thought english title fights were 10 rounders?

The English title is almost always fought for over 10 rounds. I don't see why this fight would be over 12 rounds instead.

He fighting on next Moore bill he with Steve Wood. The board got dates wrong in notices. Warren won the fight with Colla then did not show it, Maloney took the fight on.

i watched him a few years ago on rick manners shows,but since then,definately maloney.never linked to fwank i dont think

You are right he is managed by Steve Woods and has a promotional deal with Frank Maloney and will be out on the 23 Oct.

manners got fined due to his dealings with johannson,possibly suspended as well.he also took out and advert in boxing news congratulating kevin mitchell for knocking him out!
