Big fan of Brodie. I cheered him on all alone in a pub when he was fighting scott harrison (I had to beg the barman to put it on). Was gutted when he lost that fight. People thought I was a bit of a nutjob talking to the screen and willing Brodie on.

Hope he looks good in his comeback

I was actually at that fight and thought Brodie didn't give it his all, and he should not be fighting again.

Robbed against Jorrin in his own backyard. Was a cracking fighter in his day but he's been out a long time and after what harrison did to him I don't see him doing much. Genuinely hope I am wrong like as he is a top lad. Good interview as well by the way.

I remember watching Michael Brodie win the EBU title live at Bowler's in manc, when he schooled Sergei Devakov over 12 one-sided rounds. Was a top night. Have never seen his KO over Neil Swain though, have heard it was a classic one-punch ko. Any links to it anywhere?

Funnily enough, Scott Harrison was on the undercard against the oft-beaten Mingaleev, and outpointed him in an absolute snoozer. Would never have imagined that Harrison would develop in to the fighter he became and hammer Brodie years later. Mind you, didn't think he would run into all those personal demons either....

thanks bro. He is a top lad and his team are all cool too, its mad he came down from 14 stone though, can't imagine someone his size carrying that much timber.

he was huge when I saw him at Gomez Johannesson. I asked if he was coming back he said "yeah mate, in training for it now" - I just looked.

He's pule doutof this proposed comebacka couple of times hasnt he. Having to Fight for the money is never a good thing.
