Ok so it wasn't live, but it was encouraging that they put their Friday Night Fights show from the US on last night. Maybe using it to test the waters before ramping up their domestic coverage?

You see the Vivian Harris fight? Didn't look like there was much in that head clash to me.

Forget about ESPN UK mate.
These US fights already paid for so no deal showing delayed. Why pay to show UK fights ?
Also why compete with the Sky platform that you're sat on ?
ESPN is being run on totally different lines to Setanta.

It was probably the worst FNF I've seen in some time.

Got him right on the temple and he is a notorious glass jaw. I was surprised at how much it affected him though.

it looked innocuous enough, but it may have been in that sweet spot. And both fighters were moving forward with their heads which would have added to the impact.

More shocking were the 1st 2 fights on the undercard - there's complaints on this board about some of the fodder fed to our prospects but both of those opponants were woeful. Wilder should be able to handle better than that in his 7th fight, shouldn't he?

They keep using the excuse that he has only been boxing for three years and needs to develop before stepping up. What the hell is he going to learn by knocking out all these bums in one rounds though? It ridiculous. The last few FNF have been virtually the same thing. A bunch of prospects icing some stiffs in one or two rounds and Teddy moaning that they need to step it up.

Yep, all three undercard fights were a joke, as was Harris' performance after the head clash. Ok, so it was on the temple, but was there any need for him to go and throw himself on the floor like that!?!
