Watch out for a few of the resident toss pots, they will show themselves soon enough!

I hope JC pays well!

Are you sticking at lightweight now? I think it is best, what do you think?

From what I can remember you have only been slagged off for not training properly and thrwoing away a fair bit of talent, I think if you can make SF you can make a serious impact on the bigger stage.

You have always looked far too small for LWW so a move to LW and even SF would definitely be a good career move for you.

Are you still training with Enzo and being promoted by the Calzaghes?

Best of luck

Hi, Gavin, I was right by your corner when you licked MBaye for the WBA title (working for ITV). I remember you accidentally spitting water all over the cameraman at the end of the first round and having the class to apologise in the biggest fight of your life.
Man, you did a number on MBaye, even outjabbing the taller Frenchman!

I know you was WBA, so it will seem like you'l be taking a step back come going for British etc is that the Plan?
Some good fights out there at LW...

Welcome Fella......I'll be there to watch you on Friday. Think LW is the right move, some good fights out there at that weight. If you could make Super-feather comfortably then I don't think there is anyone on the British scene who could live with you.

Good luck to you and the rest of the Boys on Friday.

glad its all sorted now hope to see you in big fights soon id expect you to be mandated as next british challenger at next board meeting and highly ranked by EBU after all being a former world titlist and only 1 loss at a high level at a division to big for you hasnt damaged your career IMO
