During the mid 80s into the 90s there was a NSAC official
who observed in the corners to make sure no foul play
was going on.

He is an african american lad, tallish and has a some what
intense stare nearly all the time. I can not thnk of what
fights or corner he has been in just now. But I shall look later.

I am curious to know his name etc,
