why havent they been farmed out to other promotions whilst a TV deal is sorted. For instance Martin Lindsay would be a very welcome addition to the undercard of the Poonsawat fight.

When has Fury proved he has a chin? He is yet to fight anyone who has punched him back. Don't buy all the hype.

Price got knocked out by the Olympic and world champion, hardly a disgrace. He is also the hardest punching fighter in Britain.

Since the Setanta crash we have been in the unofficial close season. Things are hotting up with fights being arranged for the new season.
Maybe there will be an element of Co Promotion involving Hayemaker fighters. Who knows ?

this aint about co promiting - this is about keeping yer fighters active during a crucial time in their career whilst they sort a deal out.

Peters has no problem "farming out" McCloskey - why would Hayemaker have a problem farming Lindsay out to Peters (or others) - the Dunne fight is going to be live and primetime on Irish terrestrial TV and free legal stream around the world - I would say that is an ideal opportunity to give Lindsay the exposure that he deserves and will never get even on SKY.

I am not as niave to think that its a difficult and precarious conundrum to make happen but sometimes they have to bite the bullet for the good of their boxers over the good of their company.

Craig Watson has just featured on a Hatton show, Rhodes fights in October on a Maloney show.
How do you know that an Irish Promotor would be interested in helping Lindsay out ?

I can tell you now, if a good fight was offered to Lindsay today by ANY Promotor, at the right purse, Hayemaker would not stand in the fighter's way, provided that Promotor did not seek options.

In my post I asked "Would Sky not want them?", so I have already admitted the possibility that Sky aren't handing contracts out like confetti.

I don't see why you chose to be so insulting towards me. I thought that Sky would be interested in signing up the Hayemaker stable as they have some good fighters, am I wrong about that?

Nothing to do with whether they have a strong stable or otherwise.
Sky have dates to fill, Promotors already signed.

When did they sign Haye? How would I know whether Sky did make an offer or not? Perhaps Haye turned them down.

I think that most people would consider that insulting. I try not to condescend people when I respond to posts in my British P4P rankings, but if I disagree with them, then I will say so.

I don't rate Ryan Rhodes very highly, that seems to be why you have a problem with me. I think that is pretty sad.

I hope Hayemaker and their boxers get another break - however Hayemaker have to be prepared to put on what many other promoters do in this country and that is put on regular non TV shows.

Hayemaker Boxing is not just about David Haye - its also about the other boxers signed to the promotional company.

I hope Hayemake survives this present lean time they are having - I know Adam Booth, Dave Coldwell and David Haye - they care deeply about their boxers - unfortunately due to the demise of Setanta they will now have to do what Hennessy Sports did and that is dig deep into the pockets until the next break comes along.

He landed a nice uppercut on his own chin once, when he missed the other guy, and seemed to take it fairly well. Or maybe he just doesn't punch that hard?
Good job he didn't knock himself out, though the Hennessey press release would've been a good read if he had.

hayemaker have a non tv show for october so presume most of there fighters will be on that!!
