on the positive side its about time we had some prospects to argue over.

Very interesting character is Richard Towers (real name Hayles).

Sparred with Tyson Fury in Sheffield recently and rocked him to his boots.

He is a big lad, too and you can hopefully see for yourself on ITV4 on the undercard of John O'Donnell v Tom Glover on Saturday.

He is and I believe his real name is Abdul Barry Awad. He won the NACYPs recently as a bantam I think.

Oh, I know he's an Ingle fighter - I just meant the name will have been one of Brendan's brainwaves, rather like 'Slugger O'Toole'.

'Barry the Arab' has been his more usual moniker for a few years. Nice lad.

Brendan once got him to shadow box to impress the audience...of a radio show.
