Poodlepoo you want to be scared, very scared! After one weeks training I have shed 5lbs and developed unbelievable strength through taking a leaf out JMM's book and drinking my own piss, credit to Marquez mind I can't drink mine neat I had to add a mixer as it was still around 20% proof.
