Manchester likely, live on Sky. Thoughts – on the article and the fight?

N'Dou is pretty one dimensional, I might give Matthew a chance. I've said on here before I think he thows his shots better (technically) than his brother, and looked good against Bami and Taki. The IBO belt means nothing, just beacause Ricky paraded with it as a 'world' title, doesn't mean it should be deemed as one.

Sorry to pedantic, but shouldn't it be 'Rub shoulders with'?

Bollox!!.........the 13th??.......I was hoping to be playing 5-aside football at the Altrincham leisure centre that night :( ...we won't be able to book the court now there's a world title fight there.

Good grief I've just clicked the link and seen BN's headline........is that what's coming up this Friday??........championing MH alongside Mayweather and Marquez........if this is the case I'll cease buying it. Genuinely stunned by that.

Complete bullshit.

How can sky quite rightly not allow Warren to put on WBU title fights, and then allow the Hattons to push the IBO garbage down our throats.

The IBO call themselves "The only sanctioning body with unbiased, computerized rankings".......................so how the hell does Matthew Hatton get a title shot.

Flex i like the article but you need to discuss the fact that sky are complete hypocrits and that Hatton is currently ranked number 52 by the IBO and has got a title shot?????

If this is front page of BN this week i will not buy.

lol what a complete joke. at least the big 4 make it top 15. the fact no big fighters want to fight for the belt proove its a joke. Unless there is a british/commonwealth title fight on the bill we should complain to sky and refuse to watch.

THIS IS NOT A WORLD TITLE FIGHT

I can just hear it now Adam Smith saying to Jim Watt "you know it may not be a major world title but allot of good fighters hold the belt, Klitscko, Dawson, Mundine............."

i feel sick

Re the photo, it was the latest pic of Hatton I had for free, and so I had to link MnM in somehow.

And no, the front cover will not feature this. Funnily enough, as its our centenary issue, Matt wouldn't get a sniff. And I can discuss the Sky situation further in the mag.

Money May and Marquez probably thought it was a fan.

I would like you to contact sky and ask them why Hatton is allowed to put IBO fights on but other promoters cannot.

for frikks sake calm down, we all know this isnt for a real world title but its a good fight is it not?

Ill happily watch it over some of the average FNF dribble that gets churned out as headliners.

Matthew v NDou for me is an interesting fight - I fully appreciate why NDou is the favourite but I give Hatton a slight squeak in this.

Hopefully the pro boxers reading this thread have gotten a feel for the absolute contempt that is had for the likes of the WBU and other fake titles.
