Does any film of him exist? If so, has anyone on this board seen it?

No, there is no film of him, nor of most of the black heavyweights of the 1930s and 40s besides Louis, Walcott (and the earliest of him is his title shot vs Louis), and some clips of Godfrey and Gaines, mostly filmed in Europe.

There's a few films of Jimmy Bivins but for the most part you're right. It's unfortunate.

That's so unfortunate, especially given the state of the technology at the time. Lee Q. Murray, Elmer Violent Ray, Turkey Thompson, Clarence Henry, Jimmy Bivins-- lots of guys at whom I'd like to take a look.
