Rigondeaux crushes Andrade

Two-time Olympic gold medal winner Guillermo Rigondeaux (3-0, 3 KOs) made quick work of 71-fight veteran Giovanni Andrade (60-12, 49 KOs) in a super bantamweight clash on Friday night at the Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach, Florida. Rigondeaux made Andrade take a knee in round two and finished him in round three with a bodyshot. Time was 2:53.

I saw it. Rigondeaux is superb, but Andrade was awful. The body shot that finished the fight looked like it hurt. Rigondeaux moves in a very measured and purposeful manner.

I'm absolutely loving the fact that Yuriorkis Gamboa and Guillermo Rigondeaux defected. They are amazing boxers.
