I would like to come on here personal and thank all you boxing fans and other names i have call you over the pass.But from the bottom of my hart i real do thank you for your kind words and messages it has help me deal with this and i hope get my act back together and back to the thing i love most the world of boxing. There was messages from people i never knew or who i had this feeling they this dislike me. I would like to say a big thank you for the kind words Mr Warren wrote in his page in this weekends Sun i knew you care about me Frank.

And thank you back for taking the time to write again at such a time. I'm sure nobody genuinely disliked you; its more banter that's par for the course in this sport! And nobody would wish what has happened to you on anybody, so I'm sure I speak for everybody when I say the best wishes and prayers have been most sincere.

I'm glad you're on the mend and look forward to when you're back in the swing of things - but let me just repeat what's already been said: take it easy, take a holiday if possible, and don't rush things. Boxing will still be here when you're back to full strength and nobody will begrudge you some well-deserved R&R.

As Oliver has already said Frank, we've all had a bit of banter on here, but it's just banter and nothing more than that.
Like many others on here, I don't personally know you, but your passion for the sport is clear for everyone to see and while people may choose to disagree with you from time to time over certain issues, as all adults do, you'll always command a level of respect and goodwill.

Just because people disagree with your opinion sometimes, doesnt mean they "dont like" you. Personally really glad you're making a good recovery, but please, make sure you have a good rest and come back large* as life.

Very big of you, especially at such a difficult time. You're well respected by a lot of people and will fight back...

I hope you are well and can get over this, You've been through an ordeal that doesn't bear thinking about so to come out the other end is a mark of the kind of man you are..

Frank, I know a lot of Irish posters on here have the craic with you over the Dunne-Munroe issue but anyone that followed Darren, including myself, knew how much he appriciated everything you did for him and that you helped him a lot in London including involving him in your own family activities.

From the bottom of my heart I wish you well and my thoughts and prayers are with you and the Sutherland family.

Get well soon so we can start slaggin ya off again.
