Everyone is leaving as they aren't being given any work. Everything is being focussed on Haye, they aren't even getting work on his undercard as he has completely left himself at the German's promoters mercy so he can get the shot.
IF he wins, and IF he gets a tv deal afterwards he may be able to build up a stable again. But that is only IF he earns a shedload of money and can continue a relationship with the tv company, a la Hatton, otherwise he will be in the same boat as the Calzaghe's

Its a real shame for Hayemaker imo, because of Setanta going bust. They had built up a quality domestic stable and seemed to want to push theyre fighters. They put on some cracking domestic fights and I went to their big Liverpool show and it was reasonably priced and well worth the money, also Dave Coldwell always seems a top bloke. Hope they can pick up some sort of TV deal.

As for Matthews good move for him, hopefully he can get back into contention. People forget he was up on the scorecards against Lindsay until that KO punch, also he's still young.

With most of the boxers released, it does seem the wheels have fallen off the Hayemaker wagon.
If Haye loses to Valuev , its got to be the end of everything for him

Well im glad the lads have all got deals again here and there.

It's such a shame setanta bit the dust it really is.

Boxing fans were spoilt for a short time with weekend after weekend of top action, with the bunce boxing hour thrown in every week it was perfect.

Got to say Derry Matthews comes accross as a bit of a dick on the TV and I was glad when Choi beat his smug looking face in, I wouldn't normally say things like that but its how i feel about him.
