Steve Wood nearly had me in tears after listening to that interview.
Dear oh dear oh dear - Steve not only are you starting to look like "Little Frank" more and more you are moaning and whining like a promoter should to!!!
Ryan Rhodes will be at the fight and it will be one of the shows of recent times!!!

So no one's going to say why Tuesday was cancelled at the last minute, ande moved to Thursday ?
Probably Rhodesy's fault

Neil H,
Without any question at all, I can tell you that Rhodes was advised of the change of date for the press conference late Monday afternoon stating that Tuesday was cancelled and it was now Thursday.
We were on our way back from London when he got the text.
Fact.
I am intrigued to know two things mate.
When were you told ?
Who told you ?
Did Mr Wood fail to give Mr Rhodes appropriate notice - never !

If you knew that the presser had been moved back then.. then its out of order that we were informed so late in the day.
Its no good word going around locally and not informing the people that are involved.
Anyway, its all bollox and its all been made into a big deal when really it will have nothing to do with the outcome of the fight.
Both fighters want the fight, those that doubt either one will bottle out are wrong.
Both fighters have pulled out of fights before because of INJURY or ILLNESS. You dont get to where both of these fellas are without bottle.
2 great lads are gonna put on a great fight.

Spot on 26 and d.
If both fighters are FIT then they will fight - otherwise not.
Its not tiddly winks is it??
If your injured you cant peform and therefore no shame in pulling out.
I fancy Rhodes in this one!!!

Last Thursday someone (Stegsie?) posted that he thought the presser might be suspended iirc. That's probably what Neil is thinking of.
I
really hope this one happens (and no, that isn't a dig at Rhodes, Mr 26...). Both fighters have had their fair share of bad luck in the build up to fights though, so everyone keep your fingers crossed! I reckon it'll be fun for 3 or 4 rounds before Moore breaks Rhodes up and stops him around the 6th or 7th.

Mr Hibbert,
You have posted that you knew last week the Presser had been moved.
Either you did or you didn't.
If you did, why wasn't team Rhodes told ?
If you didn't you've told a porkie.
End of.
Thank you for your eloquent response.
However you really need to work on your grammar and spelling.
Looking forward to a great bill of boxing, with quality through the card, and a great bill header.

I think you lot should stop arguing and either concentrate on preparing for the fight, or if you're a fan, look forward to the fight. This is all really petty.
It promises to be a very good fight, no matter who wins. Kudos to both boxers for agreeing to the fight.

Mr 26, you're a really good poster and an intelligent one, but there you came across as an arsehole.
Sorry Asterix, had to say that.

Don't worry about it. It's not worth your time.
