Is f*cking hilarious on strictly come gaying for the simple fact he is so wooden, and it seems there is another budding romance with him and Rav f*cking wilding.

Mods feel free to move this if you feel this is inapropriate for the British board.

Rav loves himself
Calzaghe is embrassment - I knew it was a bad idea to go on the show
He is a valley boy - from a South Wales boxing gym
He hasnt got the slick and savvy to fit in with all these showbiz types.
He is out of his element.

I agree - calzaghe is out of his zone. That isn`t a knock against him, its just he isn`t a tv personality - and probably never will be.
Most of the other contestants are actors or presenters of some sort. So are well used to putting themselves out there.
He is right up there with Ronnie Woods ex-wife as the worst dancer in the shows history. maybe people will continue to vote to keep him in because he is so bad

i always feared that Calzaghe might ruin his legacy after he had retired
i just never thought it would be by dragging some gorgeous russian bird round a dancefloor wearing spangly constumes

joe did alright on that other program where he had to saw a big piece of wood. obviously he has the forearm strength from his arm punching style, so he was ok doing that.

All I want to know in respect of Joe being on Strictly is, has he got down to business with his dancign partner yet?
With all the rumours there has to be some sort of element there!

The big question is who would win in a dance off
Joe Calzaghe or John Sargent?

I think Joe would start as a big underdog.

He is pretty rubbish.
However, after apparently losing big bucks after Sports Network put themselves into administration, having an affair with his dancing partner is an inspired move. A couple of tabloid exclusives, a few photoshoots in Hello! and some promotional opportunities and thats the best part of a million you're looking at there.
It doesn't matter whether you get knocked out after a month with those things in your favour. Plus the buzz about their affair makes it more likely that the voting public will ignore the bad dancing to see where things go. That's how these things work.
Its scary how much you have to do to earn a little bit of cash in the ring and twice as scary how little you have to do to earn a fornicating huge wedge in the 'celebrity' game.

Yes, it's ironic that given Calzaghe's previously publicised comments about being a homebody who eschews the celebrity world he is now front page tabloid fodder for allegedly pashing with his prime-time TV dancing partner.

Oh well, I suppose it's more entertaining than a rematch with Hopkins.
What next for Joe? My bet is that following 'Gonna Miss Him Now He's Gone' and his clear ear for music gold he will replace Louis Walsh as a judge on next years X Factor. He will slip Cheryl Cole a finest length of Welsh rarebit and come out of retirement to tw@t Ashley Cole in a televised celebrity death match. You heard it here first...

Possibly the only mismatch where the fans would be happy to pay good money and Calzaghe wouldn't get criticized.

he earned a lot of cash in the ring which is why he's ended up om Strictly, and as for, all he needs to do is have a couple of tabloid exclusives in Hello talking about his sex life, it's not a given that he will do that. Some people do have pride.
Not like that dumb "Iceland" whore from the troupe of well known dancing sisters I saw on TV today....."Just when you though I'd told you everything...there's more...find out my secrets and the feud that's blown my family apart".........the scruffy little slag Colleen Nolan.....whoops sh*t I didn't mean to name her. I used to fancy her and I'm talking about Loose Women not her heyday

anyone think the "rigor mortis" comment about Calzaghe and his woodenness was in bad taste given the recent high profile deaths in the sport?
