Will prizefighter sell out?

Ordered my tickets last night and just wondered what the capacity is and will it sell out?
Is it a bad a venue as people having been saying on here?

parking is expensive and its a hollow featureless venue. the 'stands' are of the temporary variety. all in all its like a glorified school hall !!
