to our sporting supremacy. There's even talk of a GF at the MCG

it could be a curtain raiser to the footy grand final.

As a spectacle, it was well short of the previous week Bulldogs v Parra match.

How's Carmichael Hunt gonna go in the AFL? My guess is, he won't make it and will go back to what he's good at. It'd be like an AFL player going over to try and play rugby at the top level. It just wouldn't happen

K is going over for the sole reason of marketing/promoting the game on the Gold Coast. Some say he has already earned his contract money with the publicity he has generated thus far...

K thought it would be a good idea to try out some of his AFL kicking while still playing League, obviously didn't come off and Henjak pulled him aside and said to him" Mate your a hole runner, so run... don't kick everytime you touch the ball.....
All the best to K,a Milion dollars a season, who would of thought K was worth that. I suppose his stocks would have went down after he couldn't wrestle the number 1 spot of Slater for both QLD and Australia. Mundine made more money in another sport after he played second to Fittler for his career....who knows could be a future Brownlow

The way things are going Melbourne may have problems. News Limited owns The Storm and are trying to cut back on their involvement in NRL. Someone had come up with a daft idea of having a group of eight led by former PM Curly Howard running the game. After a political career of over 30 years Howard has no idea what "impartiality" is.
