This is a new game for this forum. So here goes, the rules is, answer the question above that is posted, and then post ur own question for the next person to answer.

I'll start.

What main event, had the following men as its undercard: Sam Langford and Harry Greb.

Hint: This was the defending champions first title defense.

pre neutral corner and it was the last fight to be made with out a ending round as in there was no round 25/50/100 etc

no thats too far that back to london prize ring it happened between 1910 and 1920 boxrec has it scheduled for the round it finished in even though there was no end round scheduled

Joe Louis, best of my knowledge fought in the last 20 round scheduled heavyweight bout, but that was quite some years ahead of the neutral corner rule....this is an interesting question....my opinion, though, this wasnt a heavyweight fight...

it was heavyweight fight the only problem i have is that boxrec has a scheduled end round but i have proof contrary to this but i think its boxrecs practice to have the scheduled end round as the last round foght if it was a fight to the finish

clues so far are

between 1910 and 1920
heavyweights
carpentier was a teenager and ringside
non championship
boxrec have it scheduled for the round it finished which is inncorect
