Salvador Sanchez.. Question for Boxrec

I always thought the great Sal Sanchez had 1 loss, but boxrec has that he lost to a Beta Ramos in 1981 in Mexico City. I was wondering what happened in that 1 round loss??? Anything would be appreciated!!!
