I'm a bit worried now. I booked the other day and they debited my account. They then said I'd receive an email within 24 hours which I'd get a password to complete my registration. But I still haven't received this email. I phoned up and there doesn't seem to be any option for people who have queries. Anyone else had this problem?

I literally will cry if I sit down tonight and it hasn't worked!!!!

did u sign upto stream or sky. i had a similar problem when signin up for the sky. i emeialed them and they confirmed everything was ok. you should be ok

winkveron, I didn't receive an e-mail or any confirmation either after registering online, e-mailed the above address and they confirmed that I was good to go. guess we'll see come fight time.

Agree totally on the tears, I've ordered the online stream, but no email !

I can't even see how to log in on the site. I'm sure I'm being a dufus, but anyone got any ideas ?

Strange i know why they wouldnt - but this is from a senior primetime person who told me.

I didnt get an email either after buying the online stream, it's kind of worrying really and it's a pretty basic thing as everyone sends out confirmation emails.
