Following Young Mutley's Defeat...

Can we expect him soon to be given a direct challenge for the British title?
Get knocked out and look vulnerable, surely the best route at the moment- especially as he is a former champion.

I would like to see him fight Jamie Cox, if Cox wins it's a good name to have on the record and he is ready to be moved on to title level. If Mutley wins then he's back with a shot at the Domestic level but if he loses it may be over for him

That's a shame to hear as in his prime he was a real dangerman with heavy hands. Think the rot started the night he was on the receiving end of one of the best pure boxing clinics I've seen in recent years at a domestic level when Lynes dissected him with his jab before finishing him off.

Possibly- but just watch and see what opportunities he suddenly has now- I'm cynical- but just watch! 8)
As a highly regarded Ex-Champ with a great record, who has mixed well but now looks comfortably beatable- and stoppable- he won't be short of offers.

he may get Amar for the english belt but i think he wont beat o'donnell or brook so only shots he may get are area or eu shots maybe at different weights

Got sparked badly

Was very surprised when it happened, was thinking maybe he could mix it at the top of the division again.

He's in the next Prizefighter (Light-Welter) but that was sorted before the weekend anyway.

He would be if he didnt start fights so painfully slowly - the 3 rnds could be over before Mutley even breaks a sweat.
He is notoriously pedestrian in non title fights..

I would like to see him Prizefighter and despite the loss at the weekend I think he would pose a good challenge for the likes of Amar and Jamie Cox who need a name on their records.

I dont believe that explanation for a second Terry: no one from West Brom drinks cappucinos
