Haye's weight

What weight do people think Haye will come into the Valuev fight at? He was 215 against Barrett but will he resist the temptation to pile on a few pounds in prep for Valuev leaning on him and stay as light as possible to keep him at his quickest? Is Haye looking larger than usual to anyone in the buildup to this fight?

This topic is going to make Datsue cry.

I think Haye will be 220 lbs.

Yes, yes it will make me cry. Big tears.
From the same thread, I prefer this contribution by HughJohnson:

Also, having studied & scrutinised all recent pictures, I have come to the conclusion that David Haye will weigh in at an Odlanier Solis-aping twenty-five stone, six pounds heavier than Valuev.

Problem is going to be - Haye despite his weight even if he is lean and firm - is gonna have to use up so much energy just trying to punch Vavluev
Did you see him puch the cardboard cut out head off - notice he had too jump up in the air and leap forward just to land the one shot
Thats difficult too do for 12 rounds

My point on the other thread was that I think worrying about David's weight is a bit silly if you look at the bloke's career & listen to him talk. I know this comes from the Daily Star, but here you have the man himself:

Obviously lying. I'm sticking with the forum consensus. Haye is going to be 25 stone at least & meet Valuev head-on in the middle of the ring. He'll throw one punch at a time & seek to wrestle the giant to the ropes.

You don't half exaggerate, do you?
There were only 3 posts about Haye's weight/face-puffiness before your post in that topic.
dbf said, "I think he's clearly bulked up for this one."
Rocky Balboa said, "I hope he hasn't bulked up too much."
and I said, "I thought the same, his face looks huge."
That's it. That's not the forum consensus, and it says nothing of Haye being 25 stone.

forsooth, good sir, you transgress the bounds of taste, nay, decency, in suggesting datsue- datsue, i mark you, he of the famously even temper and notorious aversion to hyperbole- might even contemplate exaggeration. I demand an apology on his behalf forthwith.
along those lines i must prostrate myself before datsue as i seem to recall predicting Haye would be around 222lbs. datsue i can only hope my gaucheness in so much as considering the topic, might be allayed by the sincerity of my apology.
yours, the forum concensus

So basically Haye is not a fatty. I think we should leave it we've those well thought over words
