I'd be disappointed if it is tbh - the world does not need the likes of Carter Fu...er, Ruck getting more legal fees.
They were wrong, they apologised, Buncey reputation is un'damaged', you'd hope that sensible people would leave it at that.

Brilliant news!
Unfortunately all the Guardian, and Hyde, would be covered for legal implications on what they print. The article in question was pathetic, but won't result in much more than a slight rise in premiums.

I'm happy with this on the one hand but we have to acknowledge our hypocricy when we moan about allegedly and his libel happy lawyers.
The libel laws in Britain are a joke as lots of board regulars have said time and again.

Not to mention all the other BS he spouted on his shows.
Perhaps a donation to her fund would be appropriate from your winnings Mr Bunce.
