I really hope Rogan wins as I like him but I think Sexton will keep him at range working behind his straight punches and win on points. He knows Rogan has the power to hurt him so will be cautios imo

The split from Breen will have a big impact, considering Rogan didn't bother training properly for the first fight under Breen I can't see there been much improvement under the little known Paul McCullough.

I fancy Sexton to win this by either outboxing Rogan and take a UD or if Rogan comes at Sexton fast early for Sexton to get an early KO.

I think the 4 week delay probably suited Sexton better and I believe he will be in better shape, physically and mentally, this time around.

I think it's a close fight. Would like Rogan to win. I think I'd just about tip Rogan to win this.

Although, Sexton being 3/1 is definitely value.

So £20 on Sexton, and not worry too much about the outcome :TU:.

Didn't turn up for sessions, turned up late etc.

why would he do that? he said he took sexton too seriously first time round.maybe it's a cover up for the poor performance

John Breen told me himself about him not turning up for sessions etc he said that he was in poor condition going into that fight and in all honesty he expected him to get beat based on his lackadaisical build up. He also told me some other stuff which I really couldn't go into on here.

From a reliable source I have heard that Rogie has not been looking that great in training leading up to this fight either.

I really want him to do the business tomorrow night as I feel he has been a shot in the arm for British and Irish boxing. However Sexton outboxed him for long periods last time and hurt him on occasions also. Sexton will stay away from him this time and keep aiming for Rogan's eye that was damaged last time for another mid to late round stoppage. It may be like Eubank V Thompson II.

Have to agree heard that Rogie has not trained as hard as he should have been, he was doing an exhibition in belfast shopping centre yesterday and looked to be carrying a bit of excess baggage

Is this not on TV? I would have thought it was inevitable after the last one!

Soz if this has been asked before, but I can't find it anywhere.

If Rogan isn't training hard it's a crying shame, the guy has been given a great opportunity late in his career, and had an outside chance of parleying his win over Skelton into a European or even world title shot.

Maybe beating Skelton meant he went as far as he ever figured to get in the sport?

Rogan is 6 pounds heavier than the first fight but only 2 pounds heavier than when he beat Audley so not sure thats too bad to be honest. Still nothing to say he has been working hard, if people say he has'nt then I guess perhaps he has'nt.

He looked to have more left than Sexton when the first fight was stopped and I am not sure what to make of this one really, can see Sexton winning the first four and perhaps even shaking up or stopping Rogan but if Rogan can get out of the 5th without serious damage, I would fancy him to stop Sexton around 7 or 8.

Just back from the weigh-in and Rogie looked in slightly better nick than Sam. Will stick the weights and photos up on a separate thread as I get them uploaded.

Just seen the pics and Rogan has the makings of a six-pack on the scales... not of Guiness either! He looks in shape, not that that means anything really.

Yes Rogan did have a sort of six-pack depending on which way the light hit his belly. Eamonn Magee was lingering around as well so maybe the Guiness wasn't too far away!

Something went wrong in there, he was totally knackered after six rounds.
