Interesting fight. I like Blin in an upset. London to me always looked like crap although he was a tough durable scrapper while Blin vs Ali to me looked fairly decent, although he failed practically every step-up he had besides a win over Manuel Ramos. Would be a good scrap between two lower level gatekeeper heavyweights of the late 1960s/early 70s.

No way. There were a lot of soft looking german heavyweights around at that time Blinn, Zech and so on. They did not stand a chance against the more tough british fighters like Henry Cooper or Brian London, or others.
Just look at Dick Richardson KO1 Karl Mildenberger - And Karl was the best around at that time. (Dick was not)

On his night London could be a very difficult aggressive opponent, I think if he's in the mood he'd stop Blin later on.
