Only one - and he ain't on your list.
Hatton v Mayweather Hatton Promotions.
Outdoor event Wembley summer 2010.
None of the others you mention have a headliner capable of producing 1M sales - regardless of the opposition.
I don't think Haye will ever hit the magic 7 figures.

i know were talking Pay per view but

I see Kevin Mitchell in the paper Quoting 35000 fans would turn up for himVs Khan next summer

i think boxers just throw numbers out there thinking evryone will go
When it comes to the Crunch and parting with cash , alot of fans just dont want to know

Hatton is the only boxer popular enough to get those numbers in my opinion these days

Khan v Hatton

Haye v Klits

id say thats about it...

dont think Hatton v PBF II would do a Million....think it would have to be an all Brit affair with Hatton now he has been spanked a few times
