Samuels had a right barnstormer with Alexander, pushed him all the way in 3 rounds.

He was unlucky to lose a TD to Richard Williams after that, then had a great rematch with Williams, losing in 10 rounds.

Brilliant stuff! Simultaneous knockdown was quality, I could see Samuels winning it as he just had more power and skill, but Renda is one tough little cookie, rematch all the way!

I was in Cellos corner it was crazy.I got to thinking what would happen if neither got up?

I understand that if neither fighter had beaten the count, as long as one round had been completed it would have gone to the scorecard which could've been interesting as Samuels had been down but had probably still done enough to win the opener. In the case of a ten round must, that would've had to be a 10-10 round wouldn't it.
