Predictably bad form from Tyson, especially given that Haye was respectful of Fury's woeful performance against McDermott.

Audley, Rogan, Williams, Sexton, Sprott and Skelton would all beat him. And McDermott DID.

Williams and Sprott could not beat an egg these days. Danny`s performance in Prizefighter was shocking. He has no balance and no punch resistance left whatsoever.

I'd still fancy both of them over Fury, especially Sprott. Tyson cannot fight on the back foot at all and as for his 'power'...he's Tye Fields incarnate.

I was going to say the same, shame he has felt the need to attack Haye and try and grab some of the countless headlines that David has been making when Haye has been fairly respectful towards him and was very complimentary about his fight with McDermott.

We all know Haye has been in the trenches and come through. I would be worried for Tyson if he truly believed all that he said. "I can match him for speed and power", sure you can Tyson, now good luck in your BIG fight this weekend. Also, let us know when you want to win the British title

I think you are all being unfair to Tyson Fury - not many people invent a signature punch that shakes the
boxing world - the Tyson Fury uppercut! A punch that will probably never been seen again but maybe
young Tyson can employ it in his next outing against McDermott - land it lower for maximum effect next time Tyson! :box:

Words almost fail me. My favourite quote from this interview, "It wasn't that I was unfit, I was over-fit."

Hmmm, he looked it...

I might be wrong here but did Fury previously claim he took him too lightly? If so this isn't consistent with a claim of over-training.

Terrible interview. Hennessy is ruining Fury by letting him go on like this. Don't forget, Fury has got zero fanbase right now. Does anybody even know where he's from? He's never headlined a show in his home town and has no support outside his close circle of pikey friends and family.

A very unlikeable fighter. I can't wait to see him get beaten again. McDermott's schooling of him was one of my favourite moments of 2009. Fury is awful.

Hmm. I can't really see what purpose this interview serves, unless it gains him a couple of column inches in the mainstream sporting press. Tyson is clearly of the belief that all publicity is good publicity. I can't say I agree; I don't think going down the pantomime villain route is what Hennessy had in mind for him.

Hahahahahah......."Haye would have to get past my jabs and uppercuts....

yeah, tell us.....we know all about your uppercuts mate........what a fool.

Tyson Fury, the only man I have ever seen actually start to hibernate in a boxing ring. He bloody well fell asleep on big John's shoulders. I think he'd better take an alarm clock in there with him next time....
