understand dan h, I normally just come to read in the forum, though I was so dissapointed I wanted to let you all know as well, apparrently a major sponsor pulled the plug... Also just confirmed it with the big fella himself (Solomon)

Yeah mate, that's credible enough. I wasn't trying to doubt you but just keeping an open mind, seems it is true though hey, oh well. Typical of Australian boxing at the moment.

Don't people understand the advantages of getting water tight contracts in place ie with the Major sponsor that would allow the promoter the ability to seek damages for them pulling out? Everyone loves to do things by a handshake but those days are over.

Big Solo better get something else big sorted because he needs to keep his career rolling.

I dont think with Big Sol its his ability to fight its some promoters and boxers pulling out at the last minute that put the spanner in the works for the big fella, cause I know he works his fingers to the bone in the Gym and would fight alot of people but most of them have declined, so i wish him luck to fight another fight soon. He is training back with his Dad, though Johnny Lewis is still involved with him I know this but more mentoring Sol. Now I know his dad will bring the mongrel back out in him

Yep! It's been cancelled. Just spoke with Daniel Ammann's trainer Peter Hallett

I have heard it from Cronje also, although luckily enough for him all the training can be put to use in a Muay thai fight in Melbourne this weekend!

Something must have happended for a Sponsor to pull the plug, but dont worry fellas im still going ahead with my show in Auckland, NZ in March the following are confirmed starters
