Realistically, if Manny had begun to rise through the weights sooner, how much further cud he have gone? Light middle? Middle? Super middle????

What a stupid thread, when he started moving up is irrelevant. There's a limit to how far you can move up. I reckon Pacman's natural weight was always around featherweight earlier in his career, but he boiled down to make flyweight. Now, his natural weight is probably around 135, but like Mosley, with the right diet and nutrition, he's been able to be successful at 147.

However, I cannot see him being successful above 154, that I think would be his absolute limit, he could probably beat a genuine 154 lb fighter of pretty good stature, without weighing in at more than 150 on the scales.

At 160, he just would not be big enough, not against a decent fighter anyway.

AS he goes up in weight he's speed will decrease though!

Of course his speed would decrease, but I dont think Manny could weigh over 150lbs anyway, so his speed would still be there against a middleweight...

paul williams would punish him at light mid i could imagen what the likes of andre ward could do poor post

I can't see him going up any more, the guys in the lightmid/mid divisions are getting on for 6' tall, way too much to ask IMO.

i can see him beating foreman as he is defensive and wont use his weight and will let manny come on to him

sturm is the most limited of the middle champions but id favour him over manny
