Will Khan and Warren end up in court?

In recent months Khan has repeatedly publicly mentioned promoting himself under his own promotions company, which is undoubtedly going to cause friction between Amir and the alleged one and going on history, from when Calzaghe and Hatton fled the nest, it's likely to end up in court with Warren claiming he jad a verbal contract in place to promote Amirs future contest....
.... or do you think Frank has learnt his lesson after the condemnation of the judge from the Calzaghe court room battle (not that I reckon JC saw a penny of the money owed to him) and him and Amir will split amicably or continue to work together with allegedly taking a lesser role
I'm gonna run a book on it:
Khan and Warren to end up in court before Dec 31st 2010 - 2/5
Khan and Warren not to end up in court before Dec 31st 2010 - 7/4

Personally I think it is like two cars playing chicken with each other on a country lane-way. I think it's inevitable that it's going to end up in court. Even in the post fight interview after Salita, Khan was vowing to def set up in US, while Frank was dismissing it more or less-I'd say there is a lot going on that we don't know about, yet!

I voted no.
I think the big differernce between Amir Khan and the previous boxers who have tried to go it alone is that he appears alot more proffesional and level headed. Going it alone has never worked out for those who have tried it and there are many many good reasons for that. Lewis with Lion Promotions, Naz with Hamed Promotion and even Calzaghe, Hatton and Haymaker now seeing it aint all gravy. These are all ego trips that last 5 minutes and end up costing fortunes.
With all due respect, Khan just comes across that bit smarter than the rest to me.

You know i can't help but wonder , if i start a promotional company sign up some fighters , run a few shows , and then refuse to to pay my fighters stating the company went broke or whatever , but want to carry on promoting under a different company i started or my own name .
Well i just have a sneaky sneaky feeling that the bbbc may close me down , They have retricted others for a lot less ,

Hatton has done a remarkable job since leaving Warren..... okay, he might have burned a few other bridges - he might be "hated" by a minority of hard core boxing fans..... but he's made a shit load of money, been involved in some of the biggest fights of the decade and is pretty much a household name both sides of the atlantic.
So not sure why Khan wouldn't follow Hatton's lead and do an equally remarkable job.

Re my earlier post, the point I'm making is that at the moment, Khan cannot stand alone.
Someone within the set up has to have a Promotors licence.
Now maybe someone within the Khan set up has an application in, but for now he has to work "in conjunction" - and that man will be Wazza.
Naz used Barry Hearn.
David Haye used Dave Coldwell.
Rick waited until he had a successful application.

Can't see Roach being happy training Khan for the stiffs allegedly will want to put him in with. It will end in acrimony sooner rather than later IMO.

It was. His promotional company wasn't properly set up until this year.

Khan ain't savvy enough to self promote, he'll have someone behind the scenes to do it for him. It's Warren's own fault they keep deserting him, he does not have the contacts in the states to make the big fights happen.

Of course he does. Its just better and easier for him to do it in this country. He has promoted or co-promoted over there on some massive shows and worked with virtually every big name in the business.
