Amet Oner? What's his deal???

I just finished watching the Danny Williams vs Konstantin Airich bout for the first time. Danny Williams vs Konstantin Airich http://www.boxpres.com/?p=6645 I don't think I have ever seen anything like what happened in round 6. Danny Williams is on his way to stopping Airich with about 1:40 left in the round and Oner walks over to the ringkeeper takes his hammer and hits the bell which ends the round. Some sense of entitlement on that guy to say the least. What do you guys think about that situation?
