I would have to go with Blanchard. But could see Tuur getting considered.

Lucia Rijker is not mentioned? Seems like discrimination to me, especially considering the quality of the other contenders

Definitely Bep Van Klaveren. He beat Ceferino Garcia, was supposedly robbed vs Young Corbett III in there first bout, and also beat Kid Azteca, Kid Tunero and Baby Joe Gans, along with several top European fighters.
