2009 Old Business & Fully Legit Appeal to Commish

Why are there former HW champions roaming about within this season's otherwise legitimate going's on's?

It it an Obamanation that must be dealt with by the current commish. We would be pleased to see Ezzard Charles, Gene Tunney, Tommy Burns, James J. Braddock and any others who fit the profile, to be stricken from any activity in the LHW Simulated sweepstakes for 2010. For those manager's who exploited these men's talents in order to attempt to run roughshod over the LHW's this season, you are complicit with these issues. You can do your part by withdrawing them voluntarily rather than wait for the commish to punish and fine you for such actions.

This is a reasonable request, one that should take no more than a few hours to review, recognize it's validity, issue the proper edict (and perhaps heartfelt apology for creating such a set of circumstances) issue proper warnings and implement consequences on those who choose not to comply.

We are happy to be have recognized this misconduct and to have been the first to reccomend this action of repair.

Have a a safe and enjoyable New Year!

P.S. If this fair and proper action does not take place either by commish decree or by voluntary means, Both Billy Conn and Maxie Rosenbloom will book a "Beat down the big fat ugly & stupid HW's" tour sometime in the near future.

Check our "GUARANTEED NO DUCK" proposal.....

oops sorry, Mr Burns and Mr Braddock are ineligible as they are not legitimate LHW's! You really need to manage some LH'W's and quit with the fraudulence.

However your boys may end up on the tour when we get fed up with your brand of horsecrap.

#1- Braddock fought Tommy Loughran for the LHW title, though he would gain greater success at HW beating Max Baer

#- Burns beat many middleweights and lightheavyweights and heavyweights while weighing no more than 175 pounds, he beat Philadelphia Jack O'Brien and easily could have claimed both the HW and LHW title

My men, have a right to face anyone in this tourney. You're just scared.

I think Billy Conn has to be disqualified as well since his best fight was for the heavyweight title against Joe Louis.

Not to mention winning decisions over such heavies as Buddy Knox as well.

Not only is this appeal denied, but I'm currently checking in with Ali and Frazier's management to see if they can make 175.

Ali was a light heavy in the olympics. Conn or Rosenbloom would obliterate him. I guess we'll have to have our guys "bulk up".

Here's the 2010 official GBP buffet we are going to lay out for both fighters. Your fighters are on Max and Bill's menu.
