It seems he has dropped off the face of the earth since his loss to Adrien Broner in L.A last year. Does anybody know what the future holds for Cool Willie?

Motorbike accident, and recovering i believe.

I believe Willie has moved in with Craig Christian as well to focus on a comeback.

Ahmed Elomar rematch would be nice, still believe it was a very lucky punch with a lack of concentration from Willie.
I still remember brother Mohammad Elomar(bewildered) jumping in the ring straight after the KO and asking Ahmed how he done it, Ahmed still surprised by the motionless Kicket on canvas, pointed with his gloves in the air and responded....Allah! Then of course got into all in brawl with the crowd.They all class the Elomars

yep.....first rate cock-heads. To many incidents happen with them involved for them to be complete innocent.

If thats true GM#1 that is very dissapointing news. Atleast he went to the US and had a go but I still think with a better defense he could have been a champion.

Pretty sad if that is the case, I had alot of time for Kickett and hoped to watch him overcome the losses that seemed to me a consequence of inexperience.

Willie has been injured... he has a family and would like to raise his daughter and his sons for the first few years of there lives. And just wondering if the man who mentioned Craig even knows harry? If u really did know harry then u would know Willie and u would know all of this!

The comment re craig and harrys was made two years ago!!!

What a Waste if he doesn't, he gave the current Superfeather champ all he could handle in his own backyard and took rounds of him. And i still say the Elomar punch was a freak event.

He is talented, and with a few adjustments could still be very relevent in world boxing.

Still a fan if he comes back.

Yes of course he's going to make a come back. He's not even in his prime. people forget he's only 24. Rite now he's happy raising his family and making a healthy recovery.

The fact that he has not fought in nearly 18 months is a worry.

i really hope he fights again, maybe the pressure got to him abit, remember people were starting to compare him with Rose and Mundine at a very early age. anyway he is to talented to ot fight again

Yep, Kickett is too talented not to make a comeback.

Hopefully he comes back as a fighter who has learnt from his mistakes.

How old is Willie Kickett? He's still relatively young, isn't he?

Willie is only 23 hes not even in his Prime. He has years left of boxing!

I'll wait to see his name come up on the schedule before I say more.
